Your main tasks:

• Calculation of the actual unit wages of workers.
• Development of time and wage standards production.
• Working with normative materials.
• Analysis of production processes.
• Preparation of reporting and analytical documentation.
• Photography of the working day and timing of work processes.

What is important to us:

• Higher education (economics, labor organization).
• Experience in a similar position from 2 years.
• Knowledge of labor standardization methods, cross-industry and industry standards of labor costs.
• Understanding the procedure for developing programs and plans for improving work organization.
• A confident PC user (Excel - a must), skills in working with electronic spreadsheets and analytical tools.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, systematicity.
