Director of the motor transport company in Kovalska

We invite the cooperation of the Director of a motor vehicle company, which is part of the Group

The main direction of the company's activity is the transportation / delivery of construction materials to its own customers (concrete and mortar, reinforced concrete products, paving tiles)

Own fleet: up to 200 units (concrete mixers, dump trucks, tractors + other special equipment)

Staff: 200–250 people

Location: Kyiv, Sviatoshynskyi district

Areas of responsibility:

• Management of current business activities of the enterprise
• Ensuring the implementation of plans of production divisions and commercial department for transportation/delivery
• Financial planning, budgeting and reporting
• Ensuring the performance of indicators regarding the readiness ratio of transport equipment
• Management of the team/units (operations department, service department, etc.), staff motivation
• Ensuring production discipline, compliance with rules and standards of labor safety, maintaining the level/reducing the number Road accident at the enterprise

Our expectations:

• Higher education (preferably technical)
• Experience in the position of the Director of a motor vehicle enterprise (or Head of the corresponding division in a large system company)
• Experience in managing the economic activities of the enterprise/division
• Experience in planning, budgeting, preparing reports
• Experience in forming, motivation, team management
