Job Description

Individual Deposit Guarantee Fund invites to join its team a computer systems analyst with experience in finance, banking or insurance.

Requirements:

• Higher technical or economic education (master, specialist)
• Experience as a business analyst or system analyst in the financial, banking or insurance sphere
• Experience in preparing technical tasks (TOR) for the development or modernization of IT systems
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience of using notation BPMN for analyzing and describing business processes
• Experience with relational databases, knowledge of SQL at the level of writing the simplest queries
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Availability of professional certificates in the field of business analysis (for example, IIBA)
• Excellent communication skills skills: ability to listen, ask the right questions and communicate your point of view Strong analytical skills and systems thinking for modernization and refinement of applied IT systems
• Modeling and description of business processes using the BPMN standard
• Participation in testing of the developed functionality and its acceptance
• Preparation of user documentation and training for end users
• Interaction with the development and testing team to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

Working hours:in the office(17 Sichovyh Striltsiv St.), Mon.-Thurs. from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Fri. — from 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
