We invite an HR analyst to our team!

The main goal of the position:
To provide high-quality HR analytics and data-driven support for management decisions by collecting, analyzing and interpreting HR data. The role is aimed at increasing the transparency of HR indicators, the accuracy of headcount planning and personnel costs, as well as providing management with clear insights for strategic and operational HR decisions.

The following interesting tasks await you:

  • Collection, processing and analysis of HR data (number, personnel movement, turnover, vacancies, FOT, benefits, program effectiveness).

  • Preparation of regular and ad-hoc HR reporting for management and business.

  • Building analytical models, dashboards and visualizations to support management solutions.

  • Analysis of trends and deviations in HR indicators, formation of conclusions and recommendations.

  • Participation in automation of HR reporting and improvement of data collection processes.

  • Interaction with HRBP, finance and other functions to coordinate indicators and calculation methodology.

  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes number and personnel costs (in terms of analytics).

  • Participation in market research (salary surveys) and preparation of analytical reviews.

We would like to see the following experience and qualities in you:

  • Work experience in HR analytics / HR Operations / C&B analytics from the 1st year in system companies.

  • Higher education (economics, finance, analytics, mathematics, statistics, management).

  • High level of mastery of Excel:work with large arrays of data, complex formulas, summary tables; confident analytics and visualization.
  • Experience in building dashboards and data visualization (Excel / Power BI / other BI tools - will be an advantage).

  • English at level Intermediate+.
  • Activity, initiative, systems thinking, attention to details and willingness to propose and implement process improvements.
