Requirements for the candidate Hard skills:
Experience in data analytics / business analytics / sales analytics from 5 years, preferably in B2B.
Deep understanding of B2B sales, funnel, contract model, pricing and margining.
Advanced level of Excel / Google Sheets (models, pivot tables, complex formulas).
Experience with large data sets and BI tools (Power BI, Power Query, etc.).
Skills in sales forecasting, planning and variance analysis.
Experience in automating reporting and analytical processes (1C, Google Sheets).
Ability to work with financial indicators: revenue, gross profit, EBITDA, ROI - an advantage).
Experience in team management - an advantage.
Soft skills:
Business mindset and results orientation.
Strong communication skills and experience interacting with top management.
Proactivity: ability to independently initiate analytical improvements

Functional duties:
- Analysis of B2B sales, purchases and inventory balances.
- Forecasting of sales, revenue and execution plans.
- Preparation of management and analytical reporting for management.
- Development, implementation and visualization of key indicators of management dashboards for top management.
- Financial analysis of key business indicators.
- Automation of reporting and data quality assurance in CRM.
- Providing analytical support to sales departments and procurement.
