The designer in our team will deal with the following tasks:
Redesign and optimization of the existing product based on the requirements of the Business Analyst.
Improving UX-flow:
registration;
loan statuses
etc.
Working with user flows and scripts with a focus on increasing conversion.
Development of UX solutions for marketing scenarios:
creatives and landing screens;
variations of interfaces for traffic;
harmonizing UX with marketing hypotheses.
Identifying UX problems and points of loss of users in the flow.
Proposals for improvements within business limitations and TK.
The filter for this position will be:
3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design and experience working as part of product teams.
Experience in redesigning live (existing) products, not just greenfield.
Practical experience in improving key user flows: registration, onboarding, conversion scenarios and digital advertising.
Systems thinking according to the principle: journey > flows > screens, with deep understanding User Journeys, User Flows andEdge Cases.
Ability to work with requirements while improving UX and the ability to argue decisions from a UX and business perspective.
Experience of interaction with Business Analyst, Product Manager, marketing and developers.
Work confidently withFigma, experience in designing complex user scenarios, working withdesign-systems anddesign transfers in development.
