This is NOT cold selling. This is working with inbound leads who are already interested in buying real estate.

Primary ResponsibilitiesWorking with leads:

  • make the first contact with the client (call/messengers);

  • specify the purpose of the purchase (investment, relocation, vacation property);

  • determine the budget, opportunity and needs of the client;

  • ask the right qualifying questions (motivation > budget > terms > country > readiness);

  • determine the relevance of the lead and pass it on to an expert.

 CRM and communication:

  • record all information about the client in CRM;

  • work with statuses and tags;

  • redirect clients to experts and brokersiv;

  • work with deferred demand.

  • requirements for the candidate

      confident voice and ability to establish contact from the first seconds;

    • experience in sales, call center, or customer support (from 6 months); font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

    • experience in real estate (Ukraine or abroad); knowledge of English Spanish;

    • experience with high lead flow;text-decoration: none">

  • "cold" search;

  • possibility of professional growth to Expert on foreign real estate;
