Now we are looking for a financial manager who will help us take the next step - to systematically scale the business, ensuring a transparent financial architecture, effective planning and maximum profitability.

Your area of responsibility:

Financial planning and budgeting

• Development and approval of the company's financial model.

• Formation and control of the execution of budgets of all departments.

• Building a planning and cost control system that works in in real time.

Management accounting and reporting

• Implementation of the management accounting system and control of its operation.

• Preparation and analysis of reporting: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.

• Operational reporting on business processes, projects and key KPI.

• Preparation of reports for heads of departments and company owners.

Control of financial flows

• Control of company costs and optimization of resource use.

• Tracking of receivables and payables.

• Support of financial stability and liquidity of business.

Analysis and optimization of business processes

• Identification of weak points in financial processes.

• Development and implementation of effective solutions.

• Optimization of costs and improvement of margins.

• Cooperation with other departments to increase efficiency business processes.

Your competencies:

• Experience in financial management, management accounting or controlling (preferably in FMCG, e-commerce or beauty segment).

• Deep understanding of P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, unit economics.

• Practical experience in building financial budgeting models and systems.

• Confident use of Finmap, Google Sheets, 1C, Power BI (or similar).

• Structural, attentive to details, strategic thinking.

• Responsibility, initiative and drive for efficiency.
