Lead Manager (no experience) in STO Gavrilyuk

We are looking for a Lead Manager who knows how to quickly find a common language with customers and effectively work with incoming requests. If you like communication, results and development, this position is for you.

Main tasks:

• Processing incoming leads (applications, messages, calls)

• Primary communication with potential customers

• Qualifying leads and transferring them to sales managers

• Maintaining customer information in CRM-system

• Monitor application statuses and compliance with response deadlines

Requirements:

• Competent oral and written Ukrainian language

• Communication and customer orientation

• Confident use of PC and messengers

• Attention to details and responsibility

• Experience in sales or working with leads will be an advantage, but not mandatory
