Lead Generator (Cold Calling) in Logistics in Unique for Logistics

Hello! We are a logistics company engaged in freight transportation in the United States. We are currently looking for a Lead Generator who will attract brokers through cold calling, offering them our transportation services (B2B). The goal is to establish contact, determine the needs of the broker and refer interested customers to the sales team. Must have a good command of English. Experience in cold calling or sales would be a significant plus, but we are willing to consider candidates without experience if you have a high level of English and a desire to learn!

What we are looking for:

• Fluency in English (verbal and written communication)
• Experience in sales, cold calling or negotiation is a plus, but not essential
• Competent language, confidence, ability to interest of the interlocutor
• Basic skills of working with tables (Google Sheets)
• Initiative and desire to develop (for candidates with experience, the opportunity to propose and test new methods)

Main duties:

• Make cold calls to brokers based on the provided base
• Present company services and identify interested customers
• Fill the database with call results and customer statuses
• Answer objections and questions (we will provide ready-made scripts)
• Transfer hot leads to the sales department
• If available of experience - propose and test improvements in lead generation processes Mon-Fri.
