We’re excited to announce that we’re opening a position for a Lead Generation and Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • Written and spoken English at an advanced level.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

  • Understanding of the IT field.

  • Experience with UpWork, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Understanding the difference between UI/UX, front-end, and back-end.

  • Understanding the ~sales funnel~

  • Experience actively developingrelationships with clients within an account while expanding their understanding of the client’s business.

  • Effective communication skills, building business communications.

  • Stress resistance, self-organization, focus on results, desire to work, and earn money.


Responsibilities:

  • Expanding the existing client base through freelance platforms.

  • Establishing contacts with new clients.

  • Analysis of IT needs of clients.

  • Development of long-term strategic relationships with key clients.

  • Negotiating contracts, answering typical customer questions;

  • Analysis and increase in company sales (cross-selling).

  • Correct maintenance of internal documentation.
