Requirements:
Written and spoken English at an advanced level.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Understanding of the IT field.
Experience with UpWork, LinkedIn, etc.
Understanding the difference between UI/UX, front-end, and back-end.
Understanding the ~sales funnel~
Experience actively developingrelationships with clients within an account while expanding their understanding of the client’s business.
Effective communication skills, building business communications.
Stress resistance, self-organization, focus on results, desire to work, and earn money.
Responsibilities:
Expanding the existing client base through freelance platforms.
Establishing contacts with new clients.
Analysis of IT needs of clients.
Development of long-term strategic relationships with key clients.
Negotiating contracts, answering typical customer questions;
Analysis and increase in company sales (cross-selling).
Correct maintenance of internal documentation.
