Lead Frontend (Vue.js) Developer in Sopra Steria - Apps Services

We are looking for experienced  Frontend Developers proficient in Vue.js  to join Sopra Steria Apps Services team for a client in the aerospace sector.

You will work in an industrial, stable environment in multinational team (France, Poland, Canada) for a major aeronautical manufacturer.

The program involves wide portfolio of applications developed by multiple teams.

Tech stack:

• VueJS (Vue 2, 3)
• TypeScript
• AWS: AWS lambda, SAM, CloudFormation, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, Lambda Functions and other AWS services are used
• Microservices-based architecture
• .Net 6
• GitLab, CI/CD in code, Jenkins/Cloudbees
• Terraform/CloudFormation, Artifactory
• End to end testing with Selenium, Python and Gherkin (90% of test coverage required)
• Static code analysis, SonarQube.

Must have requirements:

• At least 5-6 years of experience in software development with TypeScript or JavaScript
• Being able to start immediately
• Solid IT technical background (min. bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience)
• Strong “can-do” attitude and good communication skills
• Experience in Application Lifecycle Management tools (e.g.: JIRA)
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Fluent English B2/C1
• Being open to occasional business trips abroad and visits in our office in Katowice

Nice to have requirements:

• Experience working in a distributed and international team
