We are a leading IT outsourcing company specializing in developing innovative solutions for clients worldwide. We frequently receive requests from clients seeking to develop projects in the Web3 domain.
So now we are looking for a talented BA/PM with experience in the Web3 domain to help us execute ambitious projects and drive the development of decentralized technologies. Ready to consider both part-time/full-time employment Your future line of work:
— Participation in discovery and presale processes
— Working as a PM in a product development team, value delivery process management
— Cooperation with product owner in product vision creating, backlog forming and prioritizing
— Report analytics of sprints and the whole project
— Resolving issues within the team
We expect:
— At least 5 years of PM experience in an outsourcing company, with at least 3 years in the Web3 domain
— Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps).
— Experience working with financial systems or fintech applications.
— Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
— Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
— Practical experience working with the product owner in backlog management
— B2+ English
