We invite to our team a Lead Curator

Functional duties:

• Coordinating the work of curators of study groups;
• Distribution of groups between curators and load control;
• Control of student attendance, progress and discipline;
• Working with complex cases and problematic situations;
• Interaction with teachers, psychologists and social workers;
• Accounting and reporting in CRM / worksheets;
• Participation in improving student support processes.
• Leading 1 - 2 groups
• Processing of applications
• Communication with students, creating study schedules.

Professional knowledge and skills /hard skills:

• Experience in coordinating educational or social projects;
• Managing a team of 5 people or more;
• Basic understanding of the educational process (online education, courses, groups);
• Working with CRM systems, Google Sheets or similar;
• Building schedules and load management;
• Experience of working with a large flow of communications (calls, chats, correspondence);
• Skills for dealing with conflict situations;
• Systematicity, organization, leadership;
• Resistance to stress, communication skills, ability to work with conflicts.

We offer:

• Place of work: Kyiv, str. Sosnytska 1/44;
• Working schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00 (5/2). During the trial period, work in the office, after being ready to negotiate - a hybrid work format is possible (1 day per week);
• Timely payment of wages twice a month;
