What to do:

Manage product development:
• Form and prioritize the backlog
• Translate business needs into requirements for IT, analytics, design
Work with the full cycle: research > MVP > scaling > optimization
Responsible for the result:
• Determine and monitor KPIs (activation, penetration, NPS, profitability)
Make decisions based on the data
400">Work cross-functionally:
• Interact with business lines, marketing, risk, compliance
• Ensure compliance with NBU requirements and internal policies
Be relevant to the formation of product strategy:
product vision and roadmap in accordance with the bank's strategy
• Determine customer value + business value
• Initiate changes, improvements or abandonment of inefficient functionality

This will require:

• Product Owner / Product Manager / Business Owner experience

• Experience in a bank, financial company or fintech

• Understanding banking products

• Ability to work with product data and metrics

• Understanding customer life cycles and service design
