Here is what you will do at Kyivstar:

• Analyze how effectively and qualitatively Kyivstar's target campaigns are carried out, prepare for them reports
• Research the client database, determine the factors that describe the behavior of subscribers
• Analyze problems, draw conclusions and propose solutions within the framework of service operations used by Kyivstar customers
• Develop logic models for campaign prioritization
• Conduct post analysis of the impact of companies or service operations on subscribers after using the service/service
• Prepare business cases and forecasts for in the direction of CRM (outflow, campaign results, income)
• Work with models and algorithms of customer behavior: compile, test their validity on control and experimental groups, implement, transfer to customers, provide expert support, complete or modify as necessary
• Prepare regular and Ad-Hoc reports, analyze data in various sections, provide customers with conclusions based on the results analysis
• Develop methods and procedures in the direction of analytical CRM

We are waiting for you if:

• You already have 2 years of work experience in the field of product performance analysis and marketing campaigns or strategic/marketing analysis and forecasting.
• You analyze primary and secondary information in one breath, know how to summarize and systematize it, highlight important factors, phenomena and events, evaluate their impact
• You have experience in Data Science and independently write predictive models using Machine Learning, you know the criteria for evaluating their quality and are able to conduct pilot testing
• You know SQL well and you can operate large data sets without problems
• You do not need to explain how to prepare reports and presentations
• You can work even with your eyes closed in MS Office programs, in particular MS Excel and Power Point
• You are ready to execute projects in a timely and high-quality manner and provide their results to customers
• You have already had to work with new analysis methods•
• You love challenges and non-standard approaches to work and know how to find innovative solutions
• Your level of English is from intermediate and above
