Responsibilities:
Legal analysis:
- Analysis of business contracts: purchase and sale, delivery, provision of services, marketing services, lease, foreign economic contracts and others related to the company's activities.
- Preparation of draft contracts, additional agreements, protocols of disagreements.
- Coordination of contracts with relevant divisions and support of contracts.
- Ensuring availability, registration in the enterprise database, systematization and storage of contracts.
- Preparation of documents of a legal nature: letters, responses to requests, complaints etc.
- Preparation of legal documents for opening bank accounts.
- Participation in the preparation of corporate documents (statutes, regulations, powers of attorney, minutes of meetings).
- Reconciliation of orders on the enterprise and making changes to the founding documents.
- Working with notaries, state registrars, bailiffs.
- Providing legal advice to the employees of the enterprise.
Personnel administration:
- Drafting personnel orders (recruitment, dismissal, transfer, change of name or surname, leave, changes to salaries).
- Drafting employment contracts and forming personal files .
- Compilation of the staff list and introduction of changes (additions).
- Development of job instructions and orders for the enterprise.
- Management of personnel in 1C.
- Search for personnel at employment sites and posting of vacancies.
- Issuance of certificates to employees from the place of work.
- Maintenance of military records.
Requirements:
- Higher legal education.
- Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
- Knowledge of current legislation, in particular labor and economic legislation.
- Ability to work with legal documents.
- A confident user of 1C and office programs.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, communication skills.
