Proportion: approximately 60% of work time on HR manager tasks and 40% on life support for employees, office and warehouse.
Main areas of responsibility:
Search and recruitment of personnel (there are 5-10 vacancies per month in total, to be managed together with HRD), gradual transfer to the work of more complex vacancies - for example, analyst, brand manager, etc.; Control of personnel adaptation; Regular monitoring of the labor market (we teach); Participation in the filling and control of employee documents (NDA agreements, etc.); Maintenance of HR department statistics; Participation in other HR projects (if there is time). Life support for employees, office and warehouse: Meeting guests, monitoring visits; Purchase of everything for the kitchen and office, household chemicals, furniture, consumables for logistics and warehouse, corporate gifts, and everything necessary for effective work; Communication with office contractors: lessor, system admin, security, etc.; Control of work of 2 cleaners; Control of the budget and procurement costs for employees, submitting invoices to the finance department; Control and transfer of data on utility indicators of the finance department; Coordination of office mailings.
