Labor standardization specialist in DEFENCE TECHNOLOGY

Responsibilities:

• Collection and systematization of information regarding the work performed in production.
• Determination of standards of working hours and scope of work in production;
• Monitoring the implementation of labor standards and making corrections if necessary.
• Maintenance and correct execution of technological passports (orders-orders) in production.

Requirements:

• Education - specialization in the field of labor regulation or related fields;
• Knowledge of labor rationing methods and the ability to use them;
• Ability to analyze information and make decisions;
• PC skills: Experienced user, knowledge of MS Office.
• High responsibility and result orientation;
• Attention, punctuality.

Working conditions:

• Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• Work in the Kyiv region
• Official employment
