Labor Economist

Functional duties:

• accounting of planned and staff numbers;
• accounting and control of documentation on labor rationing, work on the implementation of the strategy of increasing the labor productivity of personnel;
• accounting of the implementation of the staffing budget, fund regional pay;
• control of the correctness of the application of the system of payment for the staff of the trade network and regional office, participation in the development of proposals for the formation and change of the pay systems of the trade network of the region.

Requirements:

• basic or full higher education in economics, sociology, psychology, technology, engineering and economics;
• work experience in the specialty of at least 2 years;
• mandatory knowledge of computer programs: 1C:8 Payroll and Personnel Management for Ukraine, Word, Excel confident user
