Operations manager in Vyriy

• Building and strategic optimization of the company's internal operations;

• Development and implementation of policies, procedures, work standards;

• Coordination of cross-functional interaction between departments;

• Mentoring and management of a team of operational managers;

• Analysis of process efficiency, identification of "bottlenecks" and areas for growth;

• Ensuring high-quality internal communication and control of KPI execution.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in operational management or administrative management of 2-3 years;

• Successful experience in building or scaling internal processes;

• Leadership qualities, the ability to work with teams of different levels;

• Analytical thinking, systematic approach to work organization;

• Excellent skills in working with Excel / Google Sheets, document flow and reporting;

• Experience in maintaining or implementing internal documentation (SOP, job instructions, regulations).
