Our company is actively developing. Therefore, we are always looking for active people. We are steadily increasing capacity and, accordingly, the team. We are currently looking for an L2 Automation Technical Support Engineer.

The Automation department is responsible for the development, maintenance and optimization of test systems for electronic devices manufactured at our production facilities in different countries.
The L2 team is a second line of technical support that helps resolve production incidents that occur during the manufacture / testing of devices.

Since our productions are located in different time zones, support involves interaction with teams in different time zones and the possibility of on-call shifts according to a separate schedule in the future.

Main duties:

  • monitoring Jira-boards with incidents and performing L2 support level tasks.

  • Interaction with L1 teams (technical department at factories) and R&D.

  • production data analytics and AUT department support standards.

Requirements:

  • experience working in a technical support / production environment will be an advantage.

  • Ability to work with Jira / Confluence.

  • Analytical thinking, autonomy, responsibility.

  • Developed empathy and situational leadership - the ability to remain effective in stressful or uncertain situations.

  • English language skills not lower than B1.
