L&D Manager in REDI

REDI is an international product company specializing in attracting traffic and customers to its product.

During this time, we have accumulated considerable experience in the field of marketing, expanded to the countries of Europe, Asia, Latin America, and gathered more than 200 employees around the world. We realized that we are ready for changes, so we created a brand for communication with talents in order to develop Ukrainian business all over the world together.

Our mission as a company is to gather top specialists in the digital field -marketing and provide them with tools for professional growth. 

The project is expanding, and we are looking for new talents.  We need an L&D Manager who will be responsible for building internal training for the development of Hard Skills in key areas of the company.

Your tasks:

• create concepts, plans and training programs for Hard Skills;

• choose the most suitable training formats ;

• develop and maintain relevance of content for trainings, lectures, webinars;

• conduct trainings and lectures for company employees;

• analyze internal training needs and program effectiveness, increase outreach and staff engagement.

From you we expect:

• work experience in a similar position from 1 year;

• successful experience of creating content for hard skills training;

• knowledge of creating and implementing successful training;

• < p>speed and proactivity;

• developed technical skills >

Will be a plus: experience with e-learning and LMS.
