Now we are looking for a HR team People Partner.

Responsibilities:< /p>

• Ensuring a strategic partnership with the management and business units of the company in matters of personnel management.
• Participation in the development and implementation of personnel development programs aimed at increasing efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Resolving conflicts and issues in the field of workplace relations.
• Performing analysis and evaluation of personnel work to improve personnel management processes.
• Supporting the implementation and compliance with corporate standards and procedures.

Requirementss:

• Experience in the position of HR People Partner from 2 years.
• Experience in the field of traffic arbitration will be a big plus.
• Ability to work with key figures in companies and resolve conflict situations.
• High level of communication and the ability to build partnerships.
