Location: Ukraine (visits to clients throughout country)
Format of work: office / hybrid / visits to clients

Main tasks:

• Consulting partners and customers on video conferencing solutions
• Participation in pre-sale processes:

1. identification of client needs
2. selection of optimal equipment configuration
3. technical justification of proposed solutions

• Support of partners and customers on the product portfolio
• Connection, configuration and launch of video conferencing systems at the client’s site or remotely
• Management of the demo fund:

1. equipment accounting
2. coordination of requests
3. organization of shipment/return
4. technical condition control equipment

• Assisting the category manager in interaction with partners and customers.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of IT technologies
• Experience in conducting presentations or consultations
• Readiness for business trips around Ukraine
• English language - basic level
• Responsibility, systematic, customer orientation
• Experience with AV equipment (preferred)
• Practical experience in setting up IT systems (preferred)
• Communication and presentation skills
• Proficient use of Word and Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred)
