What you will do:
You will build long-term relationships with key pharmacy chains throughout Ukraine.
You will analyze sales, dynamics and effectiveness of promotional activities.
You will develop and implement commercial strategies together with partners.
You will conduct negotiations, coordinate marketing activities and terms of cooperation.
You will cooperate with marketing, trade marketing, logistics and finance for achievement of business goals.
You will prepare reports, analytics and proposals for the development of each partner.
What we want to see in you:
Experience working with pharmacy chains (KAM / regional manager / national manager).
Strong negotiation and trust building skills relationships.
Analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions that affect the result.
Partnership and teamwork orientation.
Ability to see opportunities even in difficult market conditions.
