We are looking for an energetic and proactive Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage key partners and sell Apple products. Your role is to develop long-term relationships with partners, achieve commercial goals and ensure high standards of interaction with partners. 700">Energy and initiative: an active approach to work and the ability to independently propose new ideas to improve results

  • Emotional intelligence: the ability to recognize and take into account the emotions of others, build trusting relationships
  • Organizational skills: the ability to plan and organize work, time management and priorities
  • Responsibilities:

    • Account management: management of operational work with partners, matching of orders, setting up matrices, placement of matrices, supply and sales control sales according to quarterly targets
    • Data analysis: weekly analysis of PSI indicators with partners to evaluate sales performance and make strategic decisions
    • Relationship development: develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, coordinate activities at CCO and CEO levels
    • Cooperation between departments: cooperation with different departments of partners to organize and support business processes
    • Marketing activities: cocontrol of the implementation of marketing initiatives, initiation of promotions and their effectiveness
    • Negotiations: conducting successful negotiations, reaching mutually beneficial agreements
    • Electronic commerce: optimization of e-com processes, analysis of results and implementation of strategies to increase the volume of sales through digital channels, as well as monitoring of quality product presentations and customer journey analysis to improve interaction with the end consumer
    • Reporting: preparation of regular reports on the results of work with key customers, including sales, costs and suggestions for improvement.
    • New Product Launch: planning and implementation of new products, ensuring their effective launch promotion and evaluation results
    • Shop monitoring: analysis of brand zones and partner stores to identify opportunities for improvement. This includes monitoring product placement performance, in-store visibility and compliance with Apple standards

    Qualification Requirements:

    • Education: University degree in business or related fields
    • Analytical skills: excellent information analysis skills, ability to set priorities
    • Communication skills: high level of communication, presentation, persuasion and influence skills
    • Customer orientation: excellent customer and partner interaction skills
    • Commercial goals: striving to achieve maximum commercial results for the partner
    • Negotiation skills: ability to successfully negotiate and reach agreements
    • Problem management: ability to control and timely resolve all questions
    • Leadership: leadership qualities and an active position in the professional environment
    • Learning: the ability for continuous learning and development, readiness to improve one's own skills and knowledge to achieve professional goals
