Key account manager in IDS Ukraine

We are announcing the opening of a Key Account Manager (Junior KAM)

Requirements:

• Higher education:
• Experience in active sales (direct sales, telephone sales);
• Experience of a negotiation specialist from the 1st year in a system manufacturing company in the FMCG market;
• Ability to build and maintain long-term partner relationships;
• High level of analytical skills and planning;
• Effective communication: competent language, high-quality delivery of information and feedback;
• Confident PC and 1C user, knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Power Point, Outlook, Team, Zoom;

• Skills for working with accounting documentation, financial reporting;
• Own car, readiness for business trips.

Key tasks:< /p>

• Building long-term partnership relations and implementing a development strategy with specific networks in the region;
• Effective resolution of possible conflict situations in interaction with key customers;
• Building distribution by new products and responsibility for the availability of the assortment in TT according to company standards;
• Implementation of representation in categories and on DMP according to company standards;
• Implementation of sales plans for specified networks (analysis of cooperation/contracts and evaluation potential, implementation of necessary changes to realize sales potential in networks); 
• Observance of financial discipline by key clients, implementation of commercial agreements and timely fulfillment of obligations;
• Complex management of document flow for key clients in accordance with the norms of business activity and internal rules of the company, including h using the necessary process automation platforms.
• Informing the team about innovations in working conditions for their clients / TT. Monitors and coordinates the team regarding the implementation of the agreements signed with the networks in the TT of certain customers by conducting regular monitoring of the current situation in the TT, analyzing the "Storchek MT" questionnaire.
