We announce the opening of a vacancy Territorial Supervisor Odesa

• higher education;
• one year of work experience in FMCG companies in sales, preferably in managerial positions;
• living directly in Odessa;
• familiarity with the principles of sales organization;
• skills in personnel management;
• skills of persuasion and overcoming objections;
• high discipline, responsibility and self-organization;
• communication and relationship building skills;
• high level of analytical abilities ;
• experienced PC user (MS office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• availability category "B" driver's license, two years of driving experience

Responsibilities:

• implementation of the sales plan and other approved business indicators within the territory;
• formation of plans development of the territory and customers within the framework of the company's standards;
• team selection, adaptation and development. li>
• development of relations with key customers, search for new sales channels and customers;
• operational interaction and development of relations with the distributor and a logistics operator;
• ensuring the installation of HW and TRO in TT, according to company standards on the territory;
• ensuring and monitoring the effective use of POSM, according to company standards in the territory;
• maintaining the database of trading points in an up-to-date condition;
• submission of regular reports according to the rules, formats and terms established by the company.
