Jurisdiction Lead in LFTA Ukraine

LFT Advisors is an international consulting company that provides comprehensive legal, financial and fintech solutions for businesses. We help corporate clients to register companies in different jurisdictions, open bank accounts and optimize processes.

We are currently looking for a Jurisdiction Lead, who will provide full and correct legal support for companies in the established jurisdiction on at all stages of their activity. 

It is important for us:

• 2+ years of experience in the field of company registration and support. Knowledge of contractual and corporate law. Practical experience in opening and supporting bank accounts. English at the B2 and above.
• Ability to work with a large volume of documents and requests.
• Independence in making legal decisions within the framework of competence.
• Skills to coordinate and control the work of other lawyers.
• Punctuality, attentiveness and responsibility
• Higher legal education
