What will be included in your duties:

• study and understand the functionality of the Creatio system: constantly update knowledge about the system's capabilities;
• receive user requests: communicate with users to clarify the problem and analyze the request or problem: what happened and at what stage;
• provide assistance to users: give advice and advice on how to solve the problem;
• advise users on the functionality of the system.
