Junior Support Engineer (On-Call Operator) in ABCloudz

On Call Operator is an entry-level role in customer infrastructure support within a fast-growing company. You will handle incoming requests in a 24/7 shift schedule, accurately register them in a ticketing system, and assign them to the appropriate teams. We value attention to detail, proactivity, stress resilience, and a strong team spirit, as well as the ability to work efficiently under a high volume of requests. We are ready to grow an ambitious junior specialist into a professional Customer Support expert. You will learn the full request lifecycle, gain hands-on experience with ticketing tools, and develop strong prioritization, communication, and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Understanding of the request lifecycle.
• Proficiency working with ticketing or incident tracking systems would be a plus.
• Good spoken and written English (Intermediate level).
• Commitment, proactivity, stress resistance, team-playing attitude.
• Familiarity with o365 suite.
