Ajax Systemshas a full-cycle production from idea generation and prototyping to mass production and sales worldwide. Each department covers a certain operational need of the business in full. The company's specialists are involved at all stages: from the production line in Ukraine to the logistics center in Poland, from where the products are sent to distributors all over the world.
Key responsibilities:
- Technical support for users (internal): consultations, solving requests, helping to eliminate technical problems.
- Onboarding of new users: conducting training, training, supporting new users at all stages.
- Creating and updating documentation: writing instructions, user manuals, FAQs and other supporting materials.
- Collecting and analyzing feedback: studying user needs and forming recommendations for improvement.
- Participation in the development of new functionality: interaction with the development team, participation in testing new functions and their further support.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in the field of technical support or with clients (experience in B2B will be advantage).
- High communication skills (written and oral).
- English language - B2 (upper-intermediate).
- Service mindset: desire to help users, problem-solving orientation.
- Attention to details, responsibility and proactivity.
- Willingness to learn and understand quickly with new technologies.
Will be a plus:
- Experience of supporting internal users.
- SQL - confident use for working with data (writing and optimizing queries);
- Power BI - understanding of the basics data modeling and working with DAX;
- Python - basic or confident skills for data processing, automation and analytical tasks.
