We are looking for a Junior Service Manager - a person who wants to develop in IT, gain experience working in an international team, and join cool products right now, that are changing the market.

What you will do:

• Assist customers with payments: generate invoices, transfer them to the finance department.
• Process incoming customer inquiries.
• Transfer demo or technical support requests to the appropriate teams.
• Communicate with others departments of the company - we work as one whole.
