We, Clario Tech , are recruiting for Recruiter position in Customer Services .

Responsibilities of our Recruiter:

• Full cycle of recruitment for external positions;
• Integration of new markets/organizations into cooperation to increase the candidate base;
• Brainstorming and searching for new creative solutions to close hiring needs;
• Development and maintenance of strong working relationships, cooperation with leaders and managers.

What skills does he have:

• B2+ English level;
• Experience as a Recruiter/Sourcer 6 months+;
• Understanding of the recruiting process, search methodology and assessment;
• Creativity in solving recruitment challenges;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to learn and quickly adapt/Continius learning skills;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• High level of initiative;
• Focus on results and business.
