In order to continue to win, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who is able to help our customers with the solution of any - any technical questions about the product: from setting up the workplace to conducting a short training on how to use our product😎

What awaits you:

  • Training : first you will undergo training with our Team Lead — one of the best employees of our company. He will introduce you to our work, structure and corporate culture, work tools, regulations and instructions.
  • Testing : after learning, you will be tested for knowledge through tests to understand what you learned better and what we still need to work on.
  • Technical Support : Next, you will start working on all technical requests from customers. From simple queries like "call tracking not working" to complex settings for speech analytics web hooks or voice bot settings.
  • Service check : you will monitor the performance of services after updates and control the quality of their work.
  • Problem Solving : Participating in global problem solving and consolidating information for your Team Lead to speed up problem solving.
  • Integrations : connect integrations of our telephony to external systems of CRM/ERP customers and write instructions, reviews for using our services.
  • Interesting tasks : you will be involved in performing various tasks that will not let you get bored😊

We will be an ideal match if:

  • work in the office in Kyiv (Kontraktova Ploshcha)
  • you have experience configuring any network equipment
  • you know what network protocols (UDP, TCP,
  • are basic configure Windows or Linux
  • you have good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

  • work experience in the field of technical support
  • work experience with Linux/Unix systems
  • English or Polish at the Upper-Intermediate+ level

Now for the most interesting thing - how much?

During the trial period, the salary will depend on your experience. The minimum starts from 20,000 UAH. The company will invest in you, providing all the necessary resources for a successful start.

After the trial period, everything depends on your contribution to the overall business, involvement and initiative. Your salary can grow systematically due to bonuses and regular reviews.
