Junior Recruiter Gambling in Improve Team

Improve Team - a team that has been actively shaping trends in i-Gaming for more than 5 years. The rate of growth has exceeded our expectations, so we are looking for a Junior Recruiter to help with secondary tasks

What we expect from you:

• minimal experience in affiliate marketing/traffic arbitrage/i-Gaming, or general understanding of the niche;
< li style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"> excellent communication skills and the ability to find a common language with people:
• responsibility, initiative;
• readiness to work with large volumes of information and its structuring.

Duties:

•  full management of recruiting agencies with which we cooperate (selection of candidates for interviews, appointment of interviews with managers, connection of interviews with candidates, providing feedback to candidates, transmission of offers);
• reporting in CRM;
• structuring the company's internal base.
