Senior Azure Developer in Luxoft

Project Description:

We are looking for an Azure Developer who can create and manage web applications leveraging the cloud architecture of Microsoft Azure. This role is suitable for individuals skilled in testing, security, development, and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Development:
  • Design, build, and modify business-tier components, web applications, and database objects using Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET Web API) and Azure.
  • Develop prototypes to validate ideas and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Testing and Integration:
  • Apply test-driven development and continuous integration processes.
  • Conduct unit and integration tests throughout the development lifecycle.
• Design and Analysis:
  • Convert high-level design to low-level design and implement it.
  • Collaborate with Team Leads to define business requirements, estimate costs, and finalize work plans.
• Performance Optimization:
  • Benchmark application code to prevent performance and scalability issues.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Work with the QA Team on issue reporting, resolution, and change management.
• Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Assist the Operations Team with environmental issues during application deployment across Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments.
  • Help other teams resolve issues related to application integration.

  • Create test cases and scenarios based on specifications

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Basic frontend UI creation (React experience preferred)
• Database familiarity (Snowflake preferred)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (repo + pipelines)
• Understanding of design concepts and architectural basics
• Java knowledge
