Junior Recruiter in VELL DAN

The IT company WELL DAN has an open Junior Recruiter position. This is our start for those who want to enter recruiting not through boring text copying, but through real communication and understanding of the market. We offer a starting reward 38,000 UAH.

What will we do together?
The main focus is working with people. You will be the "first touch" of the company for potential colleagues:

• You will process the incoming flow of feedback, separating relevant experience from random.

• Your task is to build quality communication with candidates at every stage: from the first message to the candidate to inviting him to an interview.

• You will maintain a good image of the company by giving candidates clear answers to their questions.
