What will be your tasks and challenges:
— Search and hire the best candidates on the market closing the needs of businesses;
— Be creative and implement new, alternative approaches in recruiting;

— Collaborate with Hiring Managers on job openings, help define the ideal candidate profile and build teams from scratch;
— Conduct interviews using modern approaches to evaluate candidates who meet the job requirements;
— Work with ATS (BreezyHR), analytical dashboards, automation tools.
