Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with Team Leads and On-boarding Manager , to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the position;
- Use different search methods, such as job postings, social media and networking events, to attract a diverse group qualified candidates;
- Review resumes and conduct initial online interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills and experience;
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates;
- Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process;
- Keep abreast of industry trends and recruitment best practices to continually improve our processes and strategies;
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires if it is necessary;
- Maintain recruiting ATS and generate reports;
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sourcing, screening and hiring candidates for various positions;
- Clear understanding of best practices and recruitment methods;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage
- multiple priorities;
- Ability to use applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools;
- Ability maintain confidentiality and handle confidential information with care;
- English Upper-Intermediate or above.
Would be an advantage:
- Knowledge of languages (German, French, Spanish);
- Experience in sales;
- Working with ATS;
