Duties of Junior PM:

• Coordination of teams and control of task execution

• Management of simple projects under the supervision of a senior manager

• Communication with the team, fixing requirements, transfer tasks

• Control of deadlines and quality of execution

• Preparation of reports, documentation updates

• Participation in planning and short meetings

• Working in task trackers (we teach)
