Junior Project Manager, CEO in Konsol Studio

This is not a part-time job. This is 12 months of life in the mode of creating a business from scratch under the guidance of a mentor-investor.

We are an innovative studio where dozens of projects are born: from IT products and marketing services to international startups. Everything is managed by an experienced founder who is ready to share his experience, but without "greenhouse conditions" - only real challenges, quick decisions and high stakes.

This role is on the border between Junior Project Manager and Junior CEO. This is a start in management with the opportunity to grow to the head of a project or even an entire direction in a year. We are looking for our person in the following cities: Kyiv, Bucharest, Chisinau.

Our work format

• We have a system of micro-control and regular feedback so that you work as efficiently as possible.
• We do not tolerate slow movement without results.
• We provide support and help, but we expect intensive work and concrete achievements from you.

What you will do

• Launch and develop businesses with the manager, but take initiative.
• Generate ideas, propose solutions and close tasks independently.
• "Tug" the manager as much as necessary to move forward.
• Organize the team, coordinate tasks, look for resources and opportunities.
• Use logic (at the level 5-6 grade problems) and analytics for decision-making.
• Prepare for the fact that in a few months you will already be leading your own department or team.
