If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Junior Project Manager and help us create exceptional projects that make a real impact.

Requirements:

• at least 0.6 years of experience in project management in an IT company;
• advanced English (written and verbal communication proficiency);
• good understanding of methodologies: Agile, Kanban, Scrum;
• experience working with JIRA, Confluence;
• experience in managing the product backlog and writing requirements (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria);
• excellent time management and planning skills;
• problem-solving attitude;
• very good at critical and analytical thinking;
• agility and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Will be a plus:

• understanding the technical side of the development process;
• PM courses;
• Product Management/BA courses;
• Generative AI experience (e.g., prompt writing course, application of ChatGPT or other AI tools in your routine or past job).

Responsibilities:

• taking full ownership of the team and results;
• leading and directing software development teams to deliver a project(s) within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and resources;
• managing day-to-day operational activities of an assigned project(s);
• motivating, guiding, coaching, and encouraging teammates;
• implementing and using best-in-class delivery metrics to reach and maintain the best performance;
• defining the success of a project/product;
• driving roadmap, requirements, and feature delivery for new products;
• gathering the requirements from customers and incorporating them into the product roadmap;
• managing Client expectations, monitoring and increasing CSAT level;
• reporting an assigned project(s) status to stakeholders.
