MISSION:
As a key employee of the CRM department, you will help the Conversion and Retention team to analyze the results of the execution of campaigns and workflows, find key points to improve them and achieve product goals.
Responsibilities:
Provide analytical support to the CRM department.
Visualize performance metrics with dashboards for end users to make data-driven decisions.
Define and calculate relevant KPIs for online performance monitoring -casino.
Understanding and calculating CRM metrics : LTV, retention rate, direct marketing metrics, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data and report about them, as well as experience using platforms such as PowerBI or Tableau for reporting.
Conducting A/B tests and experiments for hypothesis testing and product performance optimization.
Analysis of player data to understand their behavior , preferences and engagement metrics;
Conducting in-depth analysis of game metrics to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement;
Collaboration with cross - teams to use data for the main areas of customer experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends and draw actionable conclusions
Pin-depth practical experience with SQL
Experience with Python or R as a data analyst
Work experience with large amounts of data
Experience with APIs ( downloading and converting data from services into insights and recommendations)
Data visualization skills and experience with BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau)
A deep understanding of the variables that affect product profitability.
Understanding the Igaming or Sportsbook product.
Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
