Junior Product Marketing Manager in SKELAR

We are currently looking for a Junior Product Marketing Manager who will focus on improving the user experience, finding new conversion mechanics and building custom "funnels" for traffic at different stages of the life of interaction with a business.

We expect that you:
- You want to develop and grow as a product manager;
- You want to quickly see the result of your ideas, expressed in marketing metrics;
—You like structure and process in your work.

What we will do:
—Evaluate the performance of different traffic segments and form hypotheses for improving conversion;
—Do custom "funnels" to increase conversions;
—Perform A/B tests regularly;
—Analyze A/B tests on web funnels to improve key business metrics;
—Close turnkey tasks: from idea to implementation through relevant TORs for designers, developers, etc.;
—Work closely with marketing, design, product teams and team development;
—Research the market for new ideas and hypotheses.

What you need to join us:
—From 1 year of commercial experience in the following positions: Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Project Manager, Marketing Operations Manager, Digital Marketing Manager;
—Experience in setting tasks and communicating with development and design teams;
—Initiative, desire to build and drive processes, ability to clearly express, argue and defend one's point of view;
—Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to work;
—Upper-Intermediate English proficiency level.
