Junior Product Designer (Howly) in SKELAR

Howly is a marketplace for professional online consulting. We plan to revolutionize the online consulting industry and become a personal pocket expert. Howly provides fast, personalized and accessible answers to users' questions, and for experts it creates an opportunity to effectively apply their knowledge, experience and time. What challenges await:— Perform in a dynamic environment with the ability to quickly adapt to changes;— Design a design for new functions on the site, considering business and user needs;— Conduct user research and market research to improve UX and business metrics using competitor best practices;— Create design options for A/B testing and together analyze the results with the team. What is important to us:— Ability to create not only functional, but also aesthetically attractive interfaces;— Understanding of basic UX principles;— Confident command of Figma;— Ability to clearly express your ideas and constructively accept criticism for further improvement. Willingness to defend your decision and ideas in a team;— The ability to quickly respond to new challenges and maintain high quality of work even in a dynamic environment are important for this role;— Willingness to learn. We support continuous professional development and provide access to courses and training. Your desire to develop in new directions (for example, animations, new technologies) is very important. Desired additional skills: — Experience in creating microinteractions and UI animations. If you have already worked on animations to improve the UX, this is a big advantage; - If you have experience in conducting competitive analysis and user research, it will be useful.
