CRM Manager in CLARYFI

Job Summary:As a CRM Manager, you will be key in managing customer relationships by utilizing the CRM system to enhance their experience and increase loyalty. The company provides a relocation package.Responsibilities:Create HTML email templates and support them from Figma.Set up and manage direct marketing campaigns (email, push, etc.).Integrations and building logic for trigger communications in CDP/CRM system.Collaborate closely with various product areas and other cross-functional teams on improving communications and customer journeys.Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly results; report on insights and ways to optimize campaigns.Requirements:1+ year of tactical, hands-on experience in email marketing and marketing automation administration developing, and implementing automated marketing campaigns.Ability to define, interpret, and manage patterns of customer behavior.Basic knowledge of HTML.English at least at an intermediate level.Would be a plus:Basic SQL knowledge.Previous work with Fast track CRM system.Knowledge of Customer.io, MailChimp. Benefits:Full-time with flexible hours from 9 (10) to 18 (19) Monday-Friday.Paid vacation in the amount of 20 working days, 12 paid public holidays, and 12 paid sick leave.Availability of a relocation package.All set up for comfort and creative daily life in the office.Daily business lunches from the restaurant are served in traditional Bulgarian and Eastern European cuisine.Regular team building events.We look forward to welcoming you to the CLARYFI team and working together to achieve our shared goals!
