Update of data in the HR system and assistance in the daily tasks of the HR Business Partner.Preparation of data and materials for performance feedback and internal team surveys.Help in the organization of internal HR processes, initiatives and internal communications in teams (congratulations on birthdays, anniversaries and other events).Organization of team-building events.Gradual involvement in more complex People Partner tasks under mentorship, training in internal company processes, policies and approaches.Requirements:
- 0.5-1.5 years of experience in HR / People / HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
- Understanding of basic HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, performance appraisal, employee life cycle.
- Good communication skills, inquisitive and proactive.
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle routine tasks without sacrificing quality.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Empathy and genuine interest in working with people.
- Willingness to learn and grow quickly as a People Partner.
- Willingness to keep calm and constructively interact with the team in daily tasks.
- Confidentiality and ethics.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in IT / digital teams.
