Storyby is an entertainment tech company that turns original ideas into stories that you can't tear yourself away from. We create an environment where stories come to life in novels, vertical films and immersive audiobooks. Already 10 million people around the world read, watch and listen to our content.
There are three products in the Storyby ecosystem:
DramaShorts – a streaming platform of vertical cinema with 1 million fans every month (own production in Europe and the USA).
AlphaNovel – a platform of novels and immersive audiobooks with a library of 20 thousand published works.
StorybyWriter is a publishing platform that unites 25 thousand authors. We screen the strongest stories for DramaShorts.
We are currently looking for a Junior Operations Manager (Partnerships) to join our Operations team.
Your area of responsibility will include:
- Business Development: search for partners, negotiations, financial and legal support.
- Partnerships tracking of incoming requests: managing new incoming proposals and their implementation in business processes.
- Operations ad-hoc tasks: DramaShorts has many processes that require operational involvement. For example, working with tables and trackers, performing ad-hoc tasks from the product team.
What is important to us:
- 1+ years of experience in Operations, Sales, Business Development or related areas.
- Understanding of basic operational processes and principles of team interaction.
- Analytical thinking and attention to details: the ability to dive into research, understand the topic and find the most relevant solution.
- English language level — Upper-Intermediate (B2).
Will be a plus:
- Basic knowledge of Notion.
- Work experience in international organizations or companies (humanitarian, charitable, educational or business projects).
- Professional education (linguistics, international relations, journalism).
